HTTP Error 404.2 - Not Found

This error can occur after installing Meridian Enterprise Web Access when some of its components are restricted by IIS.

To prevent this error:

1. In Internet Information Services Manager, at the server level in the configuration tree, in the IIS group, open ISAPI and CGI Restrictions. The list of installed extensions appears.
2. Ensure that the Restriction value for the ASP.NET v4.0.30319 and BlueCielo Web Access extensions is set to Allowed.
